How does Early Access work?
Gigförmedlingen is open in Early Access. That means the foundation is in place: you can post requests, publish services, browse services, and contact other users through Gigförmedlingen. Some features, such as platform payments, identity verification, and reviews, are shown in the product but are not active yet.
What is active now?
- Create an account and log in
- Post a request for help
- Publish a service as a provider
- Browse categories and services
- Contact between customer and provider through Gigförmedlingen messages
What is shown but not active yet?
- Platform payments - customers and providers agree on payment themselves
- Identity verification with BankID, Freja eID, or document and selfie verification - shown in the product and activated when verification opens
- Reviews after completed jobs - shown in the product and activated when the review system opens
- Platform dispute handling - if something goes wrong, the parties handle it themselves, or contact us via the contact page
- Additional trust badges - shown where they apply when the underlying checks are active
Why do some features have temporary notices?
Temporary notices make it clear which trust, verification, payment, review, and case-handling features are not active yet while the marketplace remains open for requests, services, and messages.
How do I stay safe?
Use clear profiles, written agreements, saved messages, and active trust features where available.
How do I give feedback?
Send a message via the contact page. Everything we receive helps us prioritise which areas need improvement first.
