Common Questions

How do I contact someone in the first version?

When you post a request, providers can respond directly with their contact details. You can also view a provider's profile to find ways to contact them directly.

Does it cost anything in the first version?

No. In the first version it's free to post requests and publish services. When platform payments launch in a later version, a 5% fee from the provider and 5% fee from the customer will apply.

How do I know the person I'm talking to is legitimate?

In the first version, you assess providers yourself. Ask for references, look at past work, meet in a public place the first time if it's a new arrangement. Identity verification with BankID and Freja eID is coming in a later version.

What happens if something goes wrong?

In the first version, customers and providers handle disputes directly themselves. If you need help or want to report a user, contact us via the contact page. Platform-assisted dispute handling is coming in a later version.

When is the next version launching?

We release new features step by step based on feedback from Early Access users. Platform payments, identity verification, and reviews are in the pipeline.
