Create an account
You need an account to post requests, publish services, or contact other users on Gigförmedlingen.
How do I create an account?
- Click Get started at the top of the page, or choose Log in followed by Create account
- Enter your email address and choose a password
- Confirm your email address by clicking the link we send
- You're now logged in and can start using Gigförmedlingen
Do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification with BankID, Freja eID, or document and selfie verification helps users show who they are. If verification is not active for your account yet, a confirmed email address is enough to get started.
One account for both roles
You don't need separate accounts to seek help and offer services. One account can do both. When you want to start offering services, choose Post a service and complete your provider profile.
How do I update my details?
Log in and go to Account → Settings. There you can update your name, email address, password, and other settings.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Settings → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm before the account is removed.
I've forgotten my password
Click Log in and choose Forgot password. We'll send a reset link to your email address.
