How do I contact a provider?

Customers and providers can contact each other through Gigförmedlingen. Here is how to make contact.

Two ways to get in touch

1. Post a request

Describe what you need help with. Providers who can help can respond through Gigförmedlingen messages.

2. Contact a provider through Gigförmedlingen

Browse services or explore categories. Click on a service or provider profile to read the details and send a message through Gigförmedlingen.

Platform messages

When you're logged in, you can send and receive messages directly on Gigförmedlingen. Go to Account → Messages to see your conversations.

Keep the agreement in messages

Use Gigförmedlingen messages for scope, price, timing, and changes. Keeping the agreement in one place makes it easier for both sides to understand what applies.

What should I ask?

  • Are you available on this date?
  • How long will the assignment take?
  • What does it cost?
  • How would you like to be paid?
  • Have you done similar assignments before?

Be careful with personal information

Don't share your personal identity number, bank account details, or other sensitive information until you've agreed on the assignment. If someone asks for this before you've agreed on anything concrete, that's a warning sign.

If someone doesn't respond

Not every provider is active every day. If you haven't received a response within 48 hours, feel free to contact another provider or explore more services in the same category.
